WHAT IS INVOLVED?
The Motiv8 Transformation Programme focuses on providing you with the tools to help you achieve your body and performance goals. There are group session and programming that is tailored specifically to your individual needs, whilst providing you the opportunity to train with a community of like minded people.


GROUP TRAINING
Our classes are designed around tried and tested training methods that will push you at any level. In each class there will be individualised coaching to help everyone in the group maximise their results and keep them safe.
NUTRITIONAL ADVICE
Tailored to your individual needs, we will provide guidance on sustainable eating habits through the understanding of calories and macronutrients. Create a healthy relationship with food to maintain your results for the rest of your life.
PERFORMANCE BENEFITS
Take your training to the next level and help break your plateaus through the use of our intense classes and supporting resistance training programmes. Resistance programmes are targeted to suit your individual ability level which also help improve movement, posture and strength.
EDUCATION
Learn more the just fundamentals of nutrition and training. Receive education on how to apply the principles and the best approaches for your body with our help and on your own initiative. The course also has plenty of informational packs to help you on your way.

PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal training is an extremely important part of the transformation programme where you have the opportunity to work face to face with one of the fitness trainers, not only to build your confidence, but to provide you with tailored sessions and valuable feedback that will accelerate your results.
Before you start
Before you start your sessions we will discuss your main goals and barriers so that we can build a programme relevant to you. This will also include a chat about lifestyle, any previous training, injuries and the expectations from both the trainer and yourself. Your programme will be accessible on our training app so that you can find everything with ease.
What to expect during the sessions
During the sessions you will be welcomed to the gym and will have a quick check-in to evaluate current progress and areas of focus. You will then be taken through the exercises from your tailored plan with feedback on correct posture, safety, the benefits and the why's of what you are doing. The focus is directly on you so you gain that extra feedback that you can then take into the group sessions feeling way more comfortable. Each session will last an hour and can be arranged around your lifestyle so that you never miss a workout.
How long does my programme last?
Your programme will be refreshed every four to eight weeks to ensure that you are getting consistent progression and have a chance to learn new training styles. This may include small tweaks to your reps, sets and exercises. There will be opportunities to work with all the trainers so that you get a taste of different styles and to keep things fresh. With Motiv8, you will always have a plan to follow and you will never feel stuck!
