FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. How long does the program last?
We recommend doing the program for 8 weeks as a minimum to be able to see visible results however, the program doesn't have an end date and our members are welcome to stick around for as long as they like.
2. When are the classes?
The classes currently run on Monday 7.30-8.30pm, Wednesday 6-7am, Friday 7.15-8.15pm and Saturday 9.15.-10.15am. Subject to changes.
3. How much does it cost?
We have two main options for payment of the program. Option 1 is an upfront payment of £400 for the full 8 week program. Option 2 is a split payment of £240 per month for the initial 8 week program.
There is a graduation price of £160 per month after the 8 week program if you wish to stick around and keep smashing results.
4. Do you provide meal plans?
No. We try to educate on healthy and flexible eating choices during the program. Meal plans are very specific and are not entirely suited to the program. We do however provide recipe guides and meal ideas.
5. I am new to exercise, can I do the program?
Absolutely. Our program is suitable for all ability levels. We tailor our sessions to suit everybody's needs and provide options throughout. The program is also progressive and builds in intensity as the weeks go on.
6. What if I have a holiday during the program?
Not to worry. You can have your holiday and we would resume your remaining paid weeks when you return, so you don't miss out. We have two payment windows to cover this. We would also schedule in your remaining personal training sessions.
7. Do I need to give up alcohol for the duration of the program?
We advise that during the initial 8 weeks that you do not drink alcohol or that intake is minimal. The reason being as this will greatly impact your recovery and your results. We understand there may be social occasions that may involve alcohol consumption such as weddings, so we do allow a day for this. Where possible though, try your best to abstain from alcohol. After the 8 weeks, we try to help you manage this into your lifestyle so that you keep the results that you have earned.
8. What is involved in the BOOTCAMP class?
The BOOTCAMP class is included in our coaching programme however, we offer this out to non-program members as part of a pay as you go or block booking for anyone that wants to do a class only. We also do offer support for anyone that wants to compete at a HYROX. This is a fitness competition that involves a combination of running and station based exercises. You would perform a 1km run in-between each exercise with the aim of setting the best time. The exercises are Ski-Erg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Rowing, Farmer Carries, Sandbag Lunges, Wall Balls. Our classes are designed around these elements with the aim of improving endurance and technical aspects.
