WEIGHTLIFTING CLUB
Our weightlifting club is built around the core Olympic lifts, the snatch and clean & jerk, with a strong emphasis on developing the mobility, strength, and technique that make great lifting possible.
Whether you are brand new to weightlifting or an experienced athlete, our sessions are designed to meet you where you are. We focus on sound movement patterns, progressive strength development, and confident lifting in a supportive environment.
This is the perfect place if you want to sharpen your lifting skills, boost sports performance, or take on a new physical challenge that is both technical and rewarding.
Sessions run every Friday from 7–8pm at PureGym Edinburgh West. Train with purpose, move better, and get stronger alongside a community that loves lifting.

Booking can be made via Calendly where you can select from the available time slots. Consultations will last approximately 30 minutes.
