At our weightlifting club, we focus on building real strength through the fundamentals: the squat, deadlift, press, and the Olympic lifts – clean, snatch, and jerk. Whether you’re new to lifting or an experienced lifter, our small group sessions are designed to help you move better, lift stronger, and train with purpose.
Each session is led by qualified strength and conditioning coaches who provide expert guidance and individualised feedback. We break down each lift in a structured and supportive environment, ensuring you learn proper technique and progress safely at your own pace.
With a different focus each session, you’ll develop a well-rounded foundation in both basic strength training and Olympic lifting – all tailored to your ability level. Join a community that values progress, not perfection – and discover what you’re capable of under the bar.

WHY LEARN WITH US?
We are level 3 Personal Trainer and level 4 Strength and Conditioning qualified coaches with a wealth of experience in coaching exercise. You will learn from coaches that have a variety of experiences in the sports and fitness industry, that are always seeking to develop their own skills regularly. We also practice what we preach, taking part in these competitions and incorporating this into our own training so we know exactly what our members are experiencing. We care about each and every one of our members and we want you to get the best lifting experience possible.
CONSIDERING DOING AN EVENT?
A few of our members have gone on to compete at various HYROX, Hybrid Games and other events, after having been on our programme or through our coaching services. If you are looking to push yourself to the next level and compete, then we can support you towards getting race ready. We use all the equipment that you will need to master on race day and ensure you are training at the right intensity to smash the event.
